At Avealor, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below to understand your options.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

You may be eligible for a return and refund under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive an item different from the product you ordered.
- Defective Product Received: In case you receive a damaged or faulty product.
- Incorrect Quantity Received: If the quantity of products delivered is not as per your order.
- Incorrect Variant/Size/Color Received: When you receive a product in the wrong variant, size, or color from what you ordered.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process & Timing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically completed within 5-7 business days after approval.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or altered products

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Personal care tools or accessories that have been opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, return shipping will be covered by Avealor.

For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return process.
